Odile Moulin<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure des Arts Appliqu\u00e9s et des M\u00e9tiers d’Art Olivier de Serres in Paris and holder of the CAPES in Plastic Arts, Odile Moulin also studied at the Beaux-Arts in Athens. She was a decorator and designer for Villeroy and Boch before teaching art at secondary school in Paris and Singapore.
\nSince then, she has devoted herself to sculpture with ceramics and wire mesh as her favorite materials. Her universe is magical and dreamlike. She regularly exhibits her work in France and in Singapore. She creates poetic scenographies for luxury hotels in France, Bombay (India) and high-end shopping centers in China.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Teach me…<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Excerpts from the famous craftsman’s prayer that guides and inspires many creators and artists: “Lord, teach me to make good use of the time you give me to work and to use it well without wasting it. Teach me to learn from past mistakes without falling into the scruples that eat away at me. Teach me to foresee the plan without tormenting myself, to imagine the work without being sorry if it comes out differently. Teach me to unite haste and slowness, serenity and fervor, zeal and peace. Help me at the beginning of the work, where I am weakest. Help me at the heart of the work to hold tight the thread of attention. And above all, you yourself fill the gaps in my work… Purify my eyes: when I do wrong, it is not certain that it is wrong and when I do right, it is not certain that it is right. Lord, never let me forget that all knowledge is vain except where there is work, that all work is empty except where there is love.
